1. Shipping Policy
Orders received will be processed and delivered to your door step within 2 working days via our driver. The ship time available from Monday to Saturday (Sunday - Customer may call for order and arrange grab car to our fruits store for pick up, delivery fee directly pay to grab car driver)
Orders are shipped within Johor Bahru area only. We do not provide delivery service for Kota Tinggi and Pekan Nanas area. We do not ship to P.O. Box address. For KL Area, kindly contact +6018-775 1639 (阿杰) to order fruits that you want.
Minimum order RM50.00 if requires for delivery service and we charge shipping fee RM5.00 per trip . If your order totals more than RM80.00, you will receive free shipping in Johor Bahru area. The cost for expedited shipping is calculated and displayed on the Checkout page before you complete your order.
2. Refund Policy
Unless otherwise specified for particular products, we shall refund you your payment if you decide to cancel your orders within twenty four (24) hours after your order has been confirmed and prior to shipment except for the transaction fees charged which is non- refundable. Once your order has been shipped, refund is not allowed.
3. Return Policy
We offer a 3-day fruits guarantee period (from received date) for defective products. Take pictures and Whatsapp to our Customer Service at 6011-6211 1245 for a product to be returned. Once we have confirmed the defects and approved your return request, we will arrange for refund via online within twenty four (24) hours or to deliver it with your next order.
